Planning Center – Planning Center (PC) features applications to plan and program services with songs, media and other items. Use the “Services” application to keep your worship team informed and track timing before and during services. Schedule teams through email, texts or Facebook and let them accept or decline volunteer requests.

Open House Rehearsals – Open your church’s choir and orchestra rehearsals by providing regular opportunities for new people to jump in. Provide three annual Open House events to give new members a preview of new music coming up in Sunday services and special seasonal projects. Prepare a new music packet with a rehearsal CD along with service schedules, special project information and (of course) food & fellowship.
Worship Team Directory – Develop a handbook and directory for major worship service groups to cast vision . Include leadership information, ministry practices & policies, care group information, calendars, directories and vision-casting. Make sure all new members get a copy when they join the team.
Event Logistics
Invite Tickets – Use business-card or other size cards to resource church members’ inviting and sharing efforts. Create “ticket” cards for events with sowing or reaping evangelism potential. Promote each event as an “invite-your-friend” opportunity for believers purposefully building relationships with unchurched neighbors and friends.

Pricing starts at $1 plus 1% per ticket and includes the full Brushfire features slate. The mobile app allows for ticket scanning and has tools to manage individual seats and overall capacity.
Digital Engagement
Mobile Apps – Many churches use mobile apps to increase engagement in a world filled with digital distractions. Shaping and enhancing the Sunday experience for guests and members is usually the driving force. A short list of custom app developers includes:
YouVersion – YouVersion.com and The Bible App are Bible engagement tools accessible via the web, mobile app, or other mobile device. A useful tool for churches is the “events” feature. Worship Facilities Magazine – Worship Facilities Magazine is a design, construction, operation and maintenance magazine for houses of worship. Designed as a reference for executive pastors, pastors, facilities managers, business administrators, operations managers, building committee members and other senior leadership, the magazine delivers news and information on a wide range of facilities-related topics.

RightNow Media – RightNow Media offers thousands of video resources for adult Bible studies, women’s ministry, student ministry, video illustrations, leader development and more. RightNow is also a great source for still and motion backgrounds for video production, image magnification, worship service visuals and other uses.
SermonSpice – SermonSpice.com equips pastors, church leaders and worship leaders with videos to spice up sermons, teaching and worship experiences. Resources include sermon video clips, worship backgrounds, church countdowns and worship tracks.
The Skit Guys – The Skit Guys—Tommy Woodard and Eddie James—illustrate and teach using comedy, drama and creative storytelling. Find videos, scripts, DVDs and more at their web site. Purchase videos individually or by subscription. Scripts can also be purchased for live performance.

Browse the site, find any resource that’s helpful to you, and set-up a login to download the free resources.

DramaShare – DramaShare.org is the world’s largest resource center for royalty-free Christian drama scripts, skits, sketches, sermon starters and full-length drama. DramaShare.org also offers ministry organization and training support for church drama ministries.
Lillenas Drama – Known for quality and variety, Lillenas Drama provides downloadable scripts, plays, sketches, worship resources, monologues, readers’ theatre and production resources. Lillenas Drama includes over 70 sketch collections, 40 plays and play collections, 15 how-to books, and over 60 program builders.
Pioneer Drama Service – Pioneer has a catalog of short comedies, musicals and plays appropriate for church and school settings.
Copyrights
Church Copyright License – The Church Copyright License covers over 300,000 worship songs for congregational singing. The license is a contractual agreement with songwriters and publishers from around the world. For an annual license fee, a church receives legal authorization to copy from over 300,000 songs for congregational use.
Church Video License (CVLI) – Through an agreement with studios and producers, the CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show motion pictures and other audiovisual programs. Coverage includes playing just a few minutes of a movie as well as showing a full-length feature.
